Tannadice is set two miles off the main A92 Dundee to Aberdeen trunk road. It offers easy access to Dundee some 22 miles away and Aberdeen 45 miles away.

Tannadice is a conservation village nestling on the left bank of the river South Esk at the foot of the Braes of Angus. Retaining much of its old world charm and character, the village has many original architectural features including former coaching inn, stables, blacksmiths and cobbled streets.

The A90 trunk road is within easy reach and connects with major routes north and south including Glasgow and Edinburgh. The neighbouring towns of Forfar and Kirriemuir offer a wide range of amenities all close at hand. Private schooling is available at Dundee High School. There is a regular service to London via Dundee Airport (one hour) and a mainline railway station at Dundee.
